Read Before You Click On !

Hi, you are lucky to log on this blog because this resource is created for learners of English as Second Language, especially if you are from some Asian countries like China, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam and Iran. On this blog, we provide not only some beautiful scenery in Australia, but also some linguistic challenges you may encounter in your future studies. In addition, after each article, there’s always an exercise helping you overcome these problems.

Gregory (2008) argues that reading must make sense in order for literacy tuition to be successful. Therefore, L2 learners must feel part of a community of readers. They should make sense of a now world through new words. Penrod (2007) indicates the benefits of blogs in his research. He mentions that blogs mix pleasure with information to create an information reformation. In addition, blogs allow writers to generate new personas and construct new worlds.

Therefore, we decided to design and develop our blog in this way. We carefully selected these articles about some interesting and famous scenery spots which can not only arouse the interest of the L2 learners in language learning, but also provide some exercises for them to improve their literacy. In addition, this blog can supply L2 learners with advice on travelling in Australia, which is quite practical in helping them in their future tours.

There are much information about travelling and more about English as second language learning. However, we combined the two factors together and created this blog. This will absolutely help you in your life in Australia. For more information, we are going to post more articles in future.

You may also have some better advice on this project. Why not send us an email? Don’t hesitate. Just a click and it will help us and L2 learners a lot. Thanks.
